Shaw Family

Any session that involves a child ages 1-3 is always "interesting". Children between these ages have a mind of their own and we just go with the flow on what their mood dictates :). This session was no exception. Boy did we work to get the little ones to smile but the effort was well worth it I think!! I had a lot of fun on this Sunday morning and even made it to church to teach Sunday school afterward! Here are just a few pictures from our session.

Irwin Family

The Irwin's are near and dear to my heart. I enjoyed capturing some precious memories of this beautiful family.

This next one made me laugh out loud! You see, there was a very important phone call to take...no time for pictures :).

We tried to get another family shot on the bridge but this little guy was a bit too busy for that :).

Wheeler Family

I was a little outside my element again, photographing children who were a bit older. As you can tell this family was a lot of fun, and full of great ideas. I love it when a family comes to session with some of their own ideas. I've got a lot to learn and experimenting with different poses is great practice. With having older children, we were able to do lots different poses at this session. The girls were hilarious too. I could tell what a great close-knit family this is. I hope you enjoy your photos Wheeler family it was a pleasure to meet you and capture this precious time in your life.

Dad came up with this pose :). Love the rocks and the water.

Sweet Ava Jo

I had the privilege of taking Ava's three month photos. However, I had the hardest time going through the photos and deciding which ones were keepers because they were all so stinkin' cute! Those little facial expressions are just so adorable. What a sweetie. To top the night off, I even got to babysit while her mom and dad had a date :). I love me some baby snuggles!

The Stampers

We hang out with the Stampers most any available weekend that we have. They have become such great friends to our family and I am so glad they asked me to take their family photos. This session was quick! The boys got in did their job and then headed to Smokey Row for some good treats!

The Marett Family

I was delighted when Ty's cousin asked me to take their family portraits. We met up at Water Works Park and what a beautiful location. I never knew the park was so big! I had my senior pictures done there but when we got to driving around I realized what a large park it truly is! I was not the only photographer who loved all the natural scenery going on...there were lots of people out having their pictures taken that day. Here are a few pictures from our session!
